What it is
A joint-support formula that goes past glucosamine alone. It pairs a vegetable-sourced (fermentation-derived) glucosamine — the building block for the cartilage that cushions your joints — with a standardized Boswellia serrata extract for the inflammation side of joint wear, and an antioxidant layer of vitamins C and E, trace minerals, and bioflavonoids. Cartilage is living tissue, a collagen framework packed with cushioning glycosaminoglycans, so it needs both the raw materials and the cofactors that build them.
Why the evidence supports it
Glucosamine is one of the more studied joint ingredients there is: the long-term Reginster trial and the McAlindon meta-analysis are the anchors, and the honest read is that it supports joint comfort and mobility for many people, with the sulfate form best supported and the effect real but modest rather than dramatic.
