Hi, I’m Madeleine—Holistic Nurse, Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer & Yoga Teacher
I’m a holistic nurse with over 11 years of experience across multiple health specialties, combining my background in functional medicine, personal training, and yoga to support women through every season of life.
I focus on root-cause wellness through nutrient absorption, lifestyle transformation, and functional movement.
I'm co-creator of the S.H.I.F.T.™ Method and founder of Recover & Rebuild: Baby-Wearing Movement, a space where moms can connect, regain strength, and bond with their babies—no childcare needed.
