How it works
Sense — exceptionally high lycopene and beta-carotene content, both of which accumulate in skin and eye tissue
Maintain — high carotenoid density gives it strong antioxidant/singlet-oxygen-quenching capacity
Exchange — gac's carotenoids are fat-soluble and are absorbed far better when consumed with dietary fat, which the fruit's own oil-rich aril naturally provides -- a formulation reason whole gac performs differently than an isolated carotenoid pill
Maintain — gac contains lycopene at concentrations reported to be several times higher than tomato by weight, alongside beta-carotene, giving it an unusually dense combined carotenoid antioxidant load for a single fruit
Form matters
The same nutrient can be made in very different forms — and a study done on one form does not automatically apply to another. Methylcobalamin is not cyanocobalamin; magnesium glycinate is not magnesium oxide; a whole-food extract is not the synthetic isolate that was studied. Two things decide whether what is in the bottle behaves like the research: the exact form, and independent lab verification (a Certificate of Analysis) that the form and dose on the label are truly what is inside. Without a COA, you are trusting a label, not the science.
