Daily Movement Starter

Movement is a signal, not a workout.

No gym, no gear, no hour-long block you have to carve out. Just three short phases — mobility, elasticity, strength — to tell your body it's alive and capable. Tap each movement as you go and watch your progress fill in.

Your Progress

The Round

Three Phases, Eleven Movements

Work top to bottom. Each phase warms you up for the next, so the order matters more than the speed. Tap a card when you finish it.

Phase 1 — Wake the joints

Mobility

0/4

Open the hinges first. Slow, controlled, no strain — this is where you tell your body it's safe to move.

Phase 2 — Spring and rebound

Elasticity

0/4

A little bounce brings your tissues back to life. Keep it light and springy — you're waking up the rebound, not chasing height.

Phase 3 — Load and build

Strength

0/3

Now add a little load. Move well before you move heavy — clean reps beat fast reps every time.

Movement Snacks

Two-Minute Bites, Sprinkled All Day

You don't have to save movement for one block of time. Little doses scattered through the day add up to more than one long session — and they're a lot easier to actually do. Pick one or two to start.

Ten squats every time you boil the kettle.
Take the stairs and skip the elevator once today.
A one-minute hallway walk after every meal.
Stand up and reach for the ceiling between tasks.
Calf raises while you brush your teeth.
A slow neck and shoulder roll at the top of every hour.

A gentle note from your RN: this is education, not a prescription. Move within a range that feels good, ease off anything that hurts, and if you're recovering from an injury or managing a condition, check with a provider you trust before you start.

Movement Is One of the Six

This starter is a taste of the Movement pillar. When you're ready to see how it fits with the rest of your cellular health — and where you stand right now — the test turns your guesses into real numbers.
