This is a reflection, not advice, therapy, or a diagnosis. Nothing here decides anything for you. Nothing you type here leaves your device.
How did it arrive?
Intuition tends to turn up already decided. Reasoning builds.
When you question it, what does it do?
This is the tell. A knowing stays put. A defence argues.
If someone disagreed with you about it, how would that feel?
Can you remember the first time you thought this?
If you can, who was there? If you cannot, that is worth noticing too.
Who else around you holds it?
Being handed something does not make it wrong. It makes it worth looking at.
Would you still hold it if nobody you love did?
What would change your mind?
If the honest answer is nothing at all, that is worth sitting with. It might be faith, and it might be a wall.
What question about it have you never asked out loud?
This is the one to keep. Write it as a question.
Answer a few more and this opens up.
